Technora is placed by a machine to design for the body fiber of the sail. The use of 1680dTex Dyneema® is introduced for the X-Ply to further increase the overall strength. Technora is a synthetic fibe that is 8 times stronger than steel and has excellent fatigue resistance.
Dyneema® is an ideal fiber for windsurfing sails: it is particularly UV resistant, has a very high initial modulus (second only to high modulus carbon fiber), superior breaking strength and high bending strength.
The big advantage of membrane sails is that it is now possible to design a sail according to the forces that will be applied to the sail when sailing. By positioning the Technora and Dyneema fibers with the help of a machine in the direction of the forces of the sail
AERO POCKET
Instead of adding the batten pocket on one side of the sail, the sail panels are overlapped to create a channel for the batten. The batten tensioner is then loaded on both sides of the sail, creating uniform tension on both sides of the profile.
SAILING WITH THE BLADE PRO :

The Blade Pro with its five battens has a wide range of use, its responsiveness and increased control offers a lot of drive when you are in a curve, the proposed backhand is sufficient without being sensitive or cumbersome.
Handling is excellent in the surf, boosted by its light weight and superb finesse in the wind which allows you to completely forget about it in certain manoeuvres.
